Founded by Rachel Barker and Brigitte Mettler, both Past Presidents of the HIMSS British Columbia Chapter and long-time leaders in Canada’s digital health community, we bring deep community roots and decades of experience leading transformation initiatives and guiding teams through complex change across health systems, nonprofits, national organizations, and the private sector.

We started Novametra because we believe healthcare transformation can - and should - be done differently: in a way that’s more collaborative, more human-centered, more inclusive, and more grounded in the realities teams face every day.
