You will be asked to pick your performance dates for each production as part of the check-out process. If you realize later that you cannot attend on your chosen date, and need to exchange for a different performance, we will do that for free, subject to availability.
After ordering, you will receive an immediate confirmation email for your subscription purchase. This is not your tickets. You will receive your actual tickets for THE 25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE by separate email within a few days. Tickets for the remaining productions will be issued 4-6 weeks before that production opens.
SATURDAY MATINEES: Please note that the third Saturday performance for the three NTC productions (not AMERICAN IDIOT) will be a matinee at 2:00pm only. There will not be an evening performance those days.
FINAL WEEKEND OF THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG: Note that the final weekend of that production will be Thursday evening, Friday evening, and closing performance will be the Saturday matinee (as Sunday 14 is both Valentine's Day AND the Superbowl!)
SEATING UPGRADE OPTION: For AMERICAN IDIOT (only) there will be a Premium Seating section in the front two rows of the center block. Subscribers have the option to upgrade to specific seats in the Premium section for $11 per person, subject to availability. After purchasing your subscription(s) here, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a Promo Code and a link back to the ticketing page for that production, where you pick specific Premium seats and then enter the Promo Code to discount those seats down to $11. This will guarantee you those seats for your chosen date. Subscribers who do not upgrade will be seated in the General Admission sections which are open seating, first-come-first-served as usual.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that all ticket and subscription sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. We can move reservations to a later performance, subject to availability, or issue a voucher for full or partial credit for future purchases.
