Dixon Limestone Escarpment workday and survey
We will be working to remove invasive species on the Dixon Branch limestone escarpment located at the junction of Easton Rd and Swallow Ln in east Dallas. We will be surveying for Species of Greatest Conservation Need onsite, primarily Dalea hallii and Liatris glandulosa. Time permitting we will also go survey for these species at two other chalk sites, Spring Creek Forest Preserve and Breckenridge park, located near Garland.

Limited to 10 participants. You must register to attend. Safety vests and water refills provided but please bring snacks, sunscreen, and water bottle.
