Norte Surf Fest
Celebrate the Surf Culture in Portugal.
From September 26th to the 28th, join us for a tribute to wave sports and the beach lifestyle.
This will be a gathering for everyone that loves our beaches, the energy of the sea, the adrenaline of the waves and the fantastic community we have.

World Record
Let’s break the world record for the largest number of surfers riding the same wave at the same time!
The current record is 110 surfers, broken in Cape Town, South Africa, on the 4th of October 2009.

The participants of this event will be divided in two skill categories:
A - Able to, on days with waves up to 1m high and unassisted, paddle out to the line-up, catch and drop set waves, surf the full length of the ride and finish the wave
B - Not yet able to surf at ‘A’ level

The General Admission for this event will provide you with:
Personal accident insurance valid for the duration of the activity
Name inscription on the list of world record holders
Participation Certificate

Additionally, during the ticket reservation, you can make a donation which will revert totally to the non-profit organization "Beautifully Flawed Foundation", which supports individuals impacted by a traumatic amputation or shark incident to restore hope and bring encouragement in a time of extreme loss (check their website).

Disclaimers:
Only officially registered participants on the activity will be covered by the personal accident insurance.
The closing time of the activity may not be exactly at 1.00pm, as it depends on several factors.
