From east to west, Canada has a unique and wild whisky history. From the quiet influence of whisky barons to the rebellious spirit of bootleggers, it’s a story shaped as much by rule-makers as by rule-breakers. Long living in the shadow of tradition, Canadian whisky is now redefining itself as distillers lean into terroir, creativity, and a sense of play.

Through a guided selection of 5 whiskies, we’ll trace those threads of history while exploring what Canadian whisky is and what it’s becoming. No rigid traditions. No coast-to-coast checklist. Just thoughtful pours, stories and an engaging experience that invites you to discover something new and unexpected.
