We’re an independent charity and the only service in North Tyneside that supports all unpaid carers — both adults and young people.

Our friendly and experienced team is here to help with everything from emotional wellbeing and advocacy to practical advice and peer support. Whether you need a listening ear, guidance, or just a space to connect with others who understand, we’re here for you. We also run specialist training and information sessions designed to make life a little easier — for you and the person you care for.
