MENTAL HEALTH CARER WALK AND TALK GROUP

This monthly group provides a space for mental health carers to be inspired and connect with people who also support a family member or friend with a mental health condition.  To attend you first need to be registered as a mental health carer with the Carers' Centre - contact enquiries@ntcarers.co.uk if you need to register.

Meeting Thursday 26 June (1.45 pm to 4.00 pm) in the entrance Gift Shop of the Laing Gallery. Art Historian Sophie Mitchell will be delivering a talk and showing us some pieces of art of local relevance. We will have a private space booked out and a budget for tea/coffee from the café. Meet 1.45 pm in the gift shop.
