My personalised 1:1 Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation Course takes a holistic and flexible approach to equip you with all the tools, confidence, and knowledge you need for a positive birth experience.

This course is all about YOU. Every session is tailored to your unique needs and preferences. We'll start with a discovery call to tailor the course content to topics that will help you most, ensuring your preparation is practical, meaningful, and effective.

How It Works:

• Flexible sessions: Choose between two immersive sessions (6 hours each with a break) or four focused sessions of 2.5 hours.
• Relaxing location: Classes are held in my serene Cullercoats home—a calm and welcoming space, perfect for your preparation. And soon, my brand-new antenatal studio will be ready to provide an even more exceptional experience.
• Limited enrolment: I only take on one 1:1 couple per month to guarantee you my undivided attention and personalised support.

What you’ll receive:

• Comprehensive birth education: Learn the science of birth and labour, from understanding hormones to creating the perfect birth environment.
• Exclusive resource library: Access MP3s for relaxation, a comprehensive workbook, and an example birth plan template.
• Ongoing support: I'm with you every step of the way. Ask questions, review your birth plan, or reach out for guidance—I'll be here to help. Plus, enjoy a follow-up 1-hour consultation after the course to discuss anything on your mind.
• Postnatal & social meet-ups: Connect with me and other parents postnatally for guidance, support, and community building.

Course cost: For £415 per couple, you’ll receive a truly tailored and intimate experience designed just for you. A £50 deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due three weeks before your course begins.
