Course format: Delivered over 4 engaging sessions (2.5 hours each), online in the comfort of your own home. Snuggle up on the sofa, relax in your PJs, or grab a cuppa—your comfort matters to me.

What you’ll gain:

• Full antenatal course: Uncover the science of birth, learn how your hormones and body work together, and create the ideal birthing environment—no matter where you deliver.

Course dates: This course runs over 4 consecutive weeks. 

• Session 1 - 9th July 2025 - 7.30pm-10.00pm
• Session 2 - 16th July 2025 - 7.30pm-10.00pm
• Session 3 - 23rd July 2025 - 7.30pm-10.00pm
• Session 4 - 30th July 2025 - 7.30pm-10.00pm

Course cost: For £165 per bump, you’ll be able to bring one birth partner with you. Together you can expect to gain comprehensive insights and learn hands-on techniques that will empower you throughout your birthing journey.
