❤️ We’re raising $67,000 to bring Cry Wolf to fruition. ❤️

With support from the Brooklyn Arts Council, New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Triskelion Arts, The Ardsley House Foundation, and our donors, we developed Phase One with 6 dancers in 2024. However to reach our premiere in October 2025, we need your support! 

Your contribution will directly sponsor the creation process for our premiere and make it possible to bring the entire production to NYC audiences. Funds raised will cover the costs of: 

• Rehearsal and Performance Fees for 8 dance artists
• Studio Rental
• Costume Design
• Lighting Design
• Music Licenses
• Filming and Photography 

Our total budget is $88,500, and we’ve already received $21,500 in grants. That leaves us with $67,000 to raise.

More About Cry Wolf:
Cry Wolf is a dynamic dance-theater work that explores truth, trust, and the consequences of ignoring warnings. Loosely inspired by Aesop’s The Boy Who Cried Wolf, the piece blends movement, humor, audience interaction, and theatrical storytelling to examine how we listen, who we believe, and the impact of our choices on one another and the world around us. Developed through a highly collaborative process, the work draws from the personal experiences of the performers, integrating text, physicality, and improvisation to create an engaging and unpredictable experience. Both playful and thought-provoking, Cry Wolf invites audiences to reconsider the stories we accept, the warnings we dismiss, and our shared responsibility in shaping a more empathetic and conscious world.
