Jonny Bruce has received much critical acclaim over the past few years for his fiery trumpet work. He emerged onto the UK jazz scene as a member of the Dave Stapleton Quintet (Edition Records). It was through recording and touring with this band that Jonny gained his early professional musical experiences. His organ trio pays homage to the great jazz trumpet players of the 20th Century –from King Oliver and Louis Armstrong to Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis via Chet Baker and Harry James plus many more. Jonny provides an entertaining, dazzling tour of their music and styles. He has mastered tone, attack, and nuance of each of their styles. Prepare to be blown away!

Jonny will be joined by Guy Shotton-Hammond on organ and Alex Goodyear on drums.

Vineyard gates open at midday and guests are welcome to enjoy drinks on the wine terrace before the food is served at 2.45pm and the jazz starts at around 3pm.

Tables for 2 - 6 people are available. Each table of 6 booked in advance will receive a complimentary bottle of wine.
Available to order will be wines from our own vineyard as well as other guest wines, local beers and soft drinks.
Also available to pre-order are sharing platters for two persons. Each platter contains local cheeses and charcuterie accompanied by breads, pickles, nuts and gherkins.

Parking is located on Benhams Lane, below the main entrance.

Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they remain on the lead and are cleared up after. Please note, we have some livestock on site, so would request that dogs are kept well away.

Cancellations made 7 days before the date of the event will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
