Guided Bat Walk at the Oakham Canal
- Guided walk by a trained ecologist
- Learn about the bats that make the canal their home
- Listen to the bats through our bat detectors
- The walk departs from Oakham Enterprise Park and is approx. 2 miles
- Please allow 1 to 1½ hours for the walk
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Sorry, no dogs
- Route unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs
- Footpaths can be muddy after wet weather
- Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions and bring a torch
- If wet, we won't be coming out. Customers will be offered a place on the next available walk
- Donations to the Oakham Canal Green Corridor Project are welcome when booking or on the day
