Supporting Colleagues in the Workplace: an Oasis Meet & Learn event for business & HR
Supporting Colleagues in the Workplace: an Oasis Meet & Learn event for business & HR
Need help?
Join us for a morning of learning, insight, and connection at the Oasis 'Meet & Learn' event, Supporting Colleagues in the Workplace. A chance to come together, network with like-minded businesspeople, and learn about the vital role that businesses can play in supporting their employees.
We will be exploring two particular challenges that businesses should be ready to address. Domestic abuse affects 1 in 4 women, and costs UK businesses £316 million each year. Oasis trainer Jennie will explore how businesses can play a key role in recognising, responding to, and supporting employees affected by abuse, and will provide practical tips to take away.
The real challenges faced by new mothers upon returning to work will be explored by HR Solve It's consultant Amanda Nicholls, with practical steps that can help your business create a more inclusive, resilient workforce.
