Oasis Hoop Retreat is a 7-day immersive hoop dance experience set on the serene Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Join us in the tranquil jungle of Cahuita for a transformative retreat with some of the most talented hoop dance instructors in the community.

This year, we are excited to offer an enhanced start to your retreat experience! On September 23rd, we will be including a stay at the Adventure Inn Hotel in San Jose. This comfortable airport hotel will give you a chance to rest and prepare for the journey ahead. Your stay includes breakfast, airport shuttle service, A/C, and access to the hotel’s pool, ensuring a relaxing and convenient arrival before we transport you to Cahuita on September 24th. Once you arrive in Costa Rica, we take care of everything — from meals to transportation — leaving you to focus solely on enjoying the retreat. All you need is your airfare!

Over the course of the retreat, you’ll participate in 10 hoop dance workshops with expert teachers who will help you refine your skills and deepen your practice. Daily yoga sessions will also be offered, providing the perfect balance to restore and rejuvenate your body. All meals are included and will feature locally sourced, organic Caribbean-style vegetarian dishes designed to nourish you throughout the retreat. Plus, coffee and tea will be available all day for your enjoyment.

We’ve made transportation effortless: shuttle services will be provided to and from the airport, as well as to all included activities and excursions. In addition to the workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the Caribbean with two included optional adventures. Our stunning retreat facility is located just a short walk from the beach but feels deeply embedded in the lush Costa Rican jungle, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and nature. Accommodations include spacious rooms with private bathrooms and porches, and we offer double, triple, and dorm-style rooms for sharing with friends or meeting new ones. *Limited private rooms available.

Relax poolside or unwind in the jacuzzi while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. The retreat’s studio is an open, inviting space with large windows offering stunning jungle views.

We’ll host a talent showcase and bonfire on the beach, where you can either perform or cheer on fellow attendees. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your time together before heading home.
