So läuft das Bootcamp

Blended Learning über 12 Wochen: Live-Sessions via Zoom, Selbststudium und Use-Case-Retros alle zwei Wochen. 80% Hands-on, 20% Input. Jedes Modul endet mit einem Artefakt, das ihr behaltet: eure AGENTS.md, ein eigener MCP-Server, ein Team-Skill, eine Hook- und eine Eval-Suite.

Zwischen den Sessions: Use Cases und Mini-Tasks

Auf unserer Bootcamp-Plattform (LMS) warten über 15 praxiserprobte Use Cases (1 bis 5 Stunden) und kompakte Mini-Tasks (30 bis 60 Minuten), laufend aktualisiert nach der Harness-Methode. Zum Beispiel: Hooks als deterministische Guardrails, ein Feature per Spec-driven Development bis zum gemergten PR, Long-Term Memory für deinen Agenten, lokale LLMs mit Ollama oder der grosse Vergleich der Terminal-Assistenten.

AI Developer Bootcamp: Agentic Coding for Developers and Entire Development Teams

Three months on your own codebase: whether you join on your own or with your whole team, you become an Agentic Software Engineer who delegates whole tasks to autonomous coding agents and leads them as architect and reviewer. Tool-agnostic, with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex and MCP. Participating teams report in our surveys 1.8 to 3 times faster development.

How the bootcamp runs

Blended learning across 12 weeks: live sessions via Zoom, self-study, and use-case retros every two weeks. 80% hands-on, 20% input. Every module ends with an artefact you keep: your AGENTS.md, your own MCP server, a team skill, a hook suite and an eval suite.

Between the sessions: use cases and mini tasks

Our bootcamp platform (LMS) holds over 15 field-tested use cases (1 to 5 hours) and short mini tasks (30 to 60 minutes), updated continuously along the harness method. For example: hooks as deterministic guardrails, one feature via spec-driven development up to the merged PR, long-term memory for your agent, local LLMs with Ollama, or the big comparison of terminal assistants.
