Tara Cunningham (live), Fohn (live)

Odda presents: Tara Cunningham and Fohn. Both celebreating new releases Warm Ground and Porcelain.

Tara Cunningham is a guitarist who operates predominantly within improvisational and experimental music.

Ongoing projects as a collaborator and side person include; The Sleeves, Modern Nature, Sebastian Rochford, Red Snapper, Liam Noble, Laura Jurd and Caius Williams.

Fohn (aka Tom Connolly) is a violinist and producer who is also in the groups Quade and Twelfth House. He has just released his second album Porcelain.

While musicians like John Also Bennett, Oren Ambarchi and Connolly’s own group Quade drift behind his sound, Porcelain draws its temperamental inspiration from films like Call Be My Your Name and Andrei Tarkovsky’s The Mirror, as well as the sculptures of Anthony Gormley, whose solitary figures stand isolated in expanses of water along the UK coastline.
