OffBeat have teamed up with Chrysalis Records to present an exclusive screening of Steeleye Span's Electric Folk with special guest Q&A with Maddy Prior herself, the founding member and lead singer of the band. We're pinching ourselves.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary vinyl reissue of the Steeleye Span's 1974 album Now We Are Six, we will be screening archive footage of the band that has been held in the BBC archive, unseen since its original broadcast in the 1970s.

We'll be at the Walthamstow Trades Hall on the 8th of July 2024. Doors open at 6pm and you can get discounted Yard Sale Pizza, cheap beer, great OffBeat merch, free badges and, of course, copies of Now We Are Six on vinyl before anyone else.
