Youth Question Time offers young people the chance to ask key professionals and decision makers questions about issues that really matter.

During a series of face-to-face workshops with youth forums in Gwent, young people have told us they want to know more about issues such as:

  • Community Safety
  • Safety of women and girls
  • Public health, including the impact of E cigarettes and vaping on young people.

Young people from youth forums, organisations, schools, youth organisations and youth work professionals across Gwent are welcome come along.

This is your chance to ask professionals questions and create a discussion about the issues that are important to you!

Confirmed panel members include:

  • Eleri Thomas, Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent (Acting)
  • Mark Hobrough, Assistant Chief Constable of Gwent Police
  • Johanna Robinson, Wales National Adviser Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence

More panelists to follow.

From 5.30pm – 6.15pm refreshments will be provided and there will be an opportunity to browse the marketplace area, where a range of organisations from across Gwent will be on hand to provide information and advice before the event.

The question and answer session will take place from 6.15pm – 8.30pm.

Questions are welcomed in advance, please email: commissioner@gwent.police.uk or asked in person at the event.
