2023 Annual Conference Assembly

Central Christian School in Kidron will host the 2023 Annual Conference Assembly of the Ohio Conference on March 3 and 4. The theme of the 2023 Annual Conference Assembly is "Doing Life Together: Rooted and Grounded in Love," based on Ephesians 3:16-21.

Registration Fees

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. Register by Feb. 10. After that date, the registration fee increases to $60 per person.

Meals

Meals must be pre-purchased. Friday evening dinner and Saturday lunch will be served in the cafeteria.

Pastors, please note this schedule change: This year the Pastor Appreciation Meal will be at lunchtime on Friday. (In the past few years, the Pastor Appreciation Meal has been held in the evening on Friday, but this year it will be at lunchtime.) Pastors will still need to order dinner for Friday.

Lodging

Several area hotels are offering reduced rates for ACA participants. See the ACA Lodging Options document for details.

A limited number of families from the area are willing to host ACA participants in their homes. Lodging in host homes will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. ACA planners suggest that if you stay overnight in a host home, consider donating to the Ohio Conference (through the offering time at ACA) an amount equivalent to half of the amount you would have spent by staying in a hotel.

Child Care

Child care will be available for all business and worship sessions.
