How To Set Boundaries and Move On From People Pleasing

Got that feel for a life and career shift, but overstretched? Join Oh Yeah as we take a more balanced approach to exploring life and career change for experienced, busy lives.

Learn to have no guilt or shame when exploring change in this brilliant session as Kat Wong is joined by somatic coach and artist Poonam Dhuffer. With an introduction to somatic healing, Poonam will share how blocks to creativity and identity can be transformed, shifting self-doubt into self-trust by building your own wisdom as you explore change.

Having gone through huge a career change herself, formally as an editor at a global trends forecasting agency, Poonam is a game-changer in transforming old patterns of self-doubt, overgiving, and disconnection into embodied self-trust and authenticity.

Learn how this mind-body approach, with Shakti wisdom, can support you in slowing down where you begin to express yourself with depth, clarity and honesty.  And how it can be applied when you’re in transition where you start listening to your own body signals in the moments where you want to say no.  And find power through boundary setting through a body-based lens.

Leave this session with clarity on what you value and your needs. And how to lean into courage, stay whole and rooted when you express your no.

And explore further with an open Q&A with Kat and Poonam sharing honest and powerful insights across their journey and career.

Everybody is welcome.

Hart Shoreditch is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
