Kat’s wealth of leadership wisdom and advisory work, with her warm and honest style, has been embraced by top brands and organisations since launching Oh Yeah including collaborations with It’s Nice That and their Creative Career Conundrums, Soho House and Ness Labs.

Beginning her career at the original Kiss 100 with Fabio and Grooverider, Kat’s multi-award-winning journey across live radio, including BBC Radio 1 with Zane Lowe, saw her managing high-profile shows and editorial campaigns, along with Woman’s Hour Power List with Emma Barnett on BBC Radio 4.
Kat moved to Apple in 2015 to launch Beats 1, Apple Music Radio worldwide, heading up its content and operations for Europe. After 6 years, Kat switched to the retail industry to develop and lead Apple’s global programme Creative Studios: the initiative partnering with nonprofits to provide career-building mentorship and professional industry skills to underrepresented communities worldwide.
Kat went on to head up Today at Apple EMEIA, driving growth, innovation and scale with her international team, annually delivering 120+ hands-on events from design and photography to business across Apple’s major flagship stores.
