Please join National Museum of Wildlife Art's Jane Lavino as she shares some of her favorite oil paintings from the collection created between 1816 to 2014.
Jane will discuss how the motivations for painting wild animals and wild places changed over time, as well as how painting styles, techniques, and attitudes about the wild have changed. We will also examine portrayals of peacocks,
wolves, big cats, elk, bison, bears, and more.
