Description
Online training for learning how to use Okaloa Flowlab simulations in a scaling context. In this module we will dive into the challenges of scaling across supply and demand and offer certain techniques to bring more flow in the end-to-end process.
As this course builds upon the learning of the Advance Module "Scaling in the Value Stream", it is requested to attend that training module first.
The sessions are scheduled as follows:
