An Introduction to Digital DJing! (Age 18+)

An Introduction to Digital DJing! (Age 18+)

Have you ever wanted to try DJing? Do you enjoy listening to music? Playing tunes to your friends? Always wanted to get your hands on a pair of decks and see how they work? Then this is for you!

We will be looking at the basics of DJing, how to use both the CDJs and a mixer, the beginnings of beat matching and using FX and tune selection.

The workshops are hands-on sessions, meaning we will be getting stuck straight into using the equipment and thinking about theory in practice!

These workshops are suitable for absolute beginners, people who are interested in learning to DJ and want a taster of what it might be like (before committing to a course) and people who may have touched a pair of decks and want a refresher.

Accessible pricing

Adult Workshop: £8

We want these workshops to be accessible and affordable for our local community. If the ticket price is still a barrier, please get in touch at artcorebrighton@gmail.com — nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.
