BOVTS Gala Dinner 2027

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School’s newly-annual Gala Dinner is back again by popular demand. 

We had such a great time back in February 2026 that we're going to do it all over!

BIGGER / BETTER / BRISTOLIAN...

The Gala Dinner is coming home for 2027 and we're taking over the glorious grand ballroom of the Harbour Hotel in Bristol city centre. 

Tickets are: 

• £150 per person
• £1,620 for a table of 12 
• £270 for our special ‘Buy one, gift one’ ticket option - to get a ticket for yourself and to gift a ticket to a member of our alumni community who may otherwise not be able to attend. 

(If you book a table of 12 and request to pay by invoice, you'll get an email confirmation for the booking and then the School finance team will raise an invoice and send to you separately.)

Your ticket prices includes all this:

• Drink reception on arrival
• Three-course dinner with wine
• Live entertainment from BOVTS students
• DJ and chance to 'bust some moves' on the dance floor
• Charity auction
• Raffle - prizes to be won
• Opportunities to network with School alumni, staff, students, supporters and friends

The dress code for the evening is black tie and ball gowns - please note this is a change from our last Gala Dinner, and requested by many! It would seem people love to get dressed up for an occasion like this. So we're leaning into it and looking forward to witnessing all your glitz and glamour in its full splendour!
