Leonora Zoninsein: SCENT COMPOSITON

In this foundations workshop, learn how to craft a perfume conceptually and technically. We will become familiar with twelve olfactory materials and develop a language for identifying and exercising their multiple expressions. We will explore the principles of blending and composition and each leave with a prototype of a personal aroma. Come explore the versatility and play of perfumery, and hone your own relationship to olfactory creation.

The workshop is conducted by Leonora Zoninsein, a perfumer and artist, and current Research Scientist at Gallatin Wetlab. Leonora has a PhD in Human Geography and makes custom blends and conceptual fragrances through her scent studio, NIGHT AIR.
