🧑‍💻 Before you attend

✅ You must complete the required e-learning before attending (Tier 2: Part 1)

⏱️ Approx. 90 minutes

📄 You must also review the pre-course reading document, which will be sent to you one week before the session

❗ You will not be able to attend Part 2 without completing Part 1

👩‍⚕️ Who can attend?

✅ Health and social care staff in the Northwest of England

Suitable for:

• Staff who provide direct care
• Staff involved in decisions about care, support, diagnosis or treatment

📍 Delivered face-to-face at a training venue in Bury

✅ Step 1: Book

📅 On the day

➡️ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts

➡️ Attend the full session to be considered compliant with the training ✅

👥 Booking as a group

➡️ You can book up to 5 places in one booking

• Take responsibility for sharing the confirmation email with all attendees
• Provide the full name, email address and job role for each person during checkout
