Each gathering will offer something entirely its own, with a new setting, a new story and a thoughtfully curated menu shaped by the season, the occasion and the people joining Chef Emily at the table.

Sunday, November 1 — Día de los Muertos
Location: Main Plaza
Set beneath the lights of the Main Plaza, our first dinner will celebrate tradition, remembrance and connection through a collaborative menu created by chefs from across the resort.

Friday, November 20 — Friendsgiving
Location: Costa Del Sol Terrace
A warm, seasonal gathering inspired by good food and good company, featuring a collaborative menu from Chef Emily and special culinary friends.

Saturday, February 6 — Love at the Table
Location: Parlor & Foyer
Chef Emily is joined by her husband, Chef Jake, for an intimate dinner inspired by love, partnership and the shared language of food.

Saturday, March 13 — The Macallan Dinner
Location: Costa Del Sol Terrace
In partnership with The Macallan, this intimate dinner will pair Chef Emily’s culinary perspective with the distinctive character of one of the world’s most celebrated Scotch whisky houses.
