Be part of Omni La Costa Resort & Spa's creative process through our new Test Kitchen Series. On select Mondays, our chefs invite you to "VUE" an exclusive glimpse behind-the-scenes for a taste of what's currently inspiring them. Explore new flavors, directly share feedback and have the opportunity to influence future menus. Patrons can try an ever-changing lineup of 6-8 dishes in development plus beverage pairings, and interact with our talented culinary team who transform exciting ideas into memorable meals. 

Seating is reserved to just ten guests per event, creating an intimate, family-style dining experience not to be missed.
