Monday's Dive - Rewilding the Voice

Welcome to our free weekly gathering of vocal liberation.

Embark upon an expressive non-verbal vocal journey of sounding, wild chanting, vocal play, overtone and throat singing, and more. We may dance, drum and and sound along with gongs, harmoniums and other instruments. 

Each week is a unique experience that organically flows. It can carry us on a current of release,  comfort, expansion, laughter and soothing calm. Followed by unwinding together. Hot Drinks and fruit provided.

You don't need to be a professional anything, just bring yourself, your heart and you lungs to enjoy. 

We use a model of connection that combines sound healing practice with the liberating safety that underpins improv theatre. We come together as we are: we listen, we offer, we release, we build, we allow. There are no mistakes. we support each other.

The gathering reflects practices of millions the world over where dance, drumming and vocal expression are integral to community.
