Midweek Meditation: Sound Bath with Emmanuelle Houdin

Wed 23 Sep 2026 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM OmVed Gardens, N6 5JF

Take a midweek pause and spend a restorative evening at OmVed Gardens.

Dive into an immersive sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls - a space for deep listening where frequencies and vibrations followed by meditative silence support rest, presence and embodied stillness. There is nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. Just listen.

This experience will take place in our Barn and participants will be lying down. We can arrange for chairs if you have accessibility needs. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a reusable water bottle. There will be herbal teas available on arrival.

Please bring blankets, mats, cushions and eye masks to make your experience more comfortable. The floor can be cold so please dress warm to ensure that you are able to relax.

Schedule:

6:30 PM - Arrivals, settling in, introductions and herbal teas (No late arrivals will be permitted for this event)

7:00 - 8:00 PM - Soundbath & coming back into the space

This event will have a maximum of 30 participants and is suitable for adults only.

Emmanuelle Houdin is the founder of The Pulse, a sound bath and listening practice based in King’s Cross, London. She approaches sound through listening: to its physicality, its emotional resonance, and its capacity to influence states of perception in subtle yet profound ways. Through the sustained tones of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, she holds contemplative spaces where sound gives way to silence, allowing body and mind to soften, settle, and attune to a more refined field of perception.
