For this special edition of our supper club, chefs Josephine Marchandise and Georgia Dowling invite you on a journey centered around Flavour & Fermentation. Rooted in a low-waste ethos this closed-loop dining experience beautifully connects our permaculture garden directly to your plate! About the activity: For this special edition of our supper club, we’re delighted to focus on Flavour & Fermentation, championed alongside our everyday commitment to low-waste creativity and garden-to-table produce. This evening celebrates the incredible depth of fermentation and preservation in all its forms during this harvest season. Each supper is a multi-sensory journey from seed to plate, shaped by attentive listening to soil, plants, processes, and the art on display at the Barn, and featuring over 70 varieties of plants. This deeply conscious approach to how food is grown, prepared, and shared invites a slower, more connected way of dining. Watch this behind-the-scenes video to see how we bring hyperlocal, seasonal food to the table. What to expect:
