Alice Hasen

Alice Hasen is a Memphis-based violinist, recording artist and songwriter. Alice is known for her unique style which combines the virtuosity of her classical upbringing with soaring improvisation. She has been called “one in a million” by Alan Rowoth, founder of folkmusic.org. In 2019, Alice released her debut album, Violintro. Alice also serves on the Board of Directors of Southeast Regional Folk Alliance (SERFA). Alice’s latest project, a duo EP with Josh Threlkeld entitled “Aisling Farm Sessions,” won a track feature on Spotify’s New Grass editorial playlist upon its release in August 2023.
