Willett and Willettized Whiskey Dinner | June 16

Dive into the world of whiskey on June 16 and 17 when One-Eyed Betty’s hosts two very special Willett Tasting Dinners featuring four courses paired with side-by-side pours of legendary bourbons, ryes and a rare stash of Lagunita’s Willettized coffee-fied stout. This special dinner is the perfect treat for Father’s Day and whiskey connoisseurs. Dinner includes personal charcuterie board appetizers paired select whiskeys; a salad paired with select bourbon; a main course with side-by-side bourbon and rye pours; and dessert paired with Lagunita’s barrel-aged stout. Tickets are $250, with just a dozen available each night.

First Courses:
Mini Charcuterie Boards with fig and brie filo cups, paired with side-by-side pours of 4-Year Family Estate Bourbon and 4-Year Family Estate Rye.

Salad Course
Beet and goat cheese salad: toasted pine nuts over bibb lettuce, raspberry vinaigrette, paired with Rowan’s Creek Bourbon. 

Main Course
Rack of lamb with mashed potatoes and asparagus, paired with side-by-side pours of Willett’s 12-year Family Estate Bourbon and 12-Year Family Estate Rye.

Dessert Course
Crème brûlée, paired with Lagunita’s Willettized coffee-fied Imperial Stout.
