Clarifying your value and showing up with confidence

This virtual interview preparation masterclass helps you get clear on your value and communicate it with confidence in interviews. The session focuses on helping you create a strong value proposition for the specific role you are interviewing for—so you can clearly answer the question “why you, for this role, now?” without rambling, underselling yourself, or relying on generic answers.

You’ll learn how to identify the core challenge of the role, position your experience against what the organisation really needs, and shape your answers around evidence, outcomes, and impact. The focus is on clarity, credibility, and confidence, so you go into interviews feeling prepared, grounded, and able to perform at your best.

Practical, do-the-work approach

This is a practical session where you will actively work on preparing for a real or upcoming interview during the session. Through guided exercises, frameworks, and examples, you’ll develop a clear value proposition for a specific role, prepare strong answers to core interview questions, and shape a set of stories you can confidently draw on in the interview itself.

The emphasis is on preparation that reduces anxiety and increases control—so you leave with clear thinking, structured answers, and practical tools you can reuse for future interviews.

What you’ll gain

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Make sense of your experience and clarify the value you bring, even if you don’t currently have an interview lined up
  • Identify the strengths, skills, and achievements that are most relevant to the roles you may want to move into next
  • Create a clear value proposition you can adapt for different roles and future interviews
  • Develop a set of strong, well-structured stories that demonstrate impact, outcomes, and learning
  • Practise shaping clear, confident answers to common interview questions in advance
  • Leave with a practical, repeatable approach to interview preparation that builds confidence and reduces uncertainty
