This course provides practical, hands-on guidance on using the Personalised Proactive Whiteboard (PPW) effectively in both SystmOne and Excel. You’ll be guided through the full process of exporting your patient list from SystmOne – including where to find the pre-built Casefinders, how to apply the pre-defined Report Output and how to sort, filter and extract the information you need in Excel.
