Release & Reconnect

Release & Reconnect is an immersive breathwork experience designed to give you space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

This session is suitable for everyone, whether you are completely new to breathwork or have been practising for some time.

You will be guided through an immersive experience combining guided visualisation, rhythmic breathing and music, creating space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Breathwork can be deeply powerful, helping to release tension, quieten the mind and create a greater sense of calm, clarity and presence.

You don't need any previous experience. You will be guided throughout and encouraged to listen to your body and take part in a way that feels comfortable for you.
