How the Class Works

The class moves through three blocks — each more hands-on than the last:

• Block 1 — The Human Question: What parts of the SM role belong to humans? What is safe to hand off? Ethics, bias, and data privacy — discussed through real scenarios, not slides.
• Block 2 — The Prompt Lab: Hands in the clay. You will write prompts for real SM tasks using the GRACO framework — two practice rounds with live debrief. Bring your AI tool of choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — or we will pair you up).
• Block 3 — Your Toolkit and Strategy: You leave with a personal plan — which tools, which use cases, and how to talk about AI with your team and organization.

Who Should Attend?

Scrum Masters, Project Managers and team leaders who are curious about AI but have not found a practical on-ramp. You do not need to be technical — you need to be willing to experiment.

Prerequisites

Scrum knowledge and experience is helpful. Bring a laptop and access to an AI tool (free tier is fine).
