The Grand Fair - Festive Edition

The On Paper Festival Grand Fair returns to Bath Pavilion on Saturday 28th November 2026! Join us for a bustling stationery & paper Fair Day, featuring over 70 unique vendors, interactive zones, and an incredible Stamp Rally. Think of this as your haven for all things stationery. A place to be connected with like-minded enthusiasts, to celebrate creativity, and to discover the very best in paper goods.

We are expanding on the positive energy and sublime vibes of our Summer Grand Fair, with mini workshops and incredible independent exhibitors. You can expect:

• Beautifully curated stalls packed with stationery, prints, gifts, journals, tools and more.
• Hands-on activities and live demos.
• Our ever popular Stamp Rally, with amazing prizes to be won.
• A vibrant, creative and positive atmosphere right in the heart of Bath.

Choose from our three Grand Fair ticket options:

• General Admission - join us and receive your Grand Fair Passport which you can use to participate in the Stamp Rally.
• Fountain Pen Pack - along with your passport receive a beautiful Kaweco Fountain Pen in a limited collection colour.
• Stationery Indulgence Bag - the pinnacle of your Grand Fair attendance, includes a collection of surprise stationery items from Meticulous Ink, our collab pen with Kaweco, and a voucher for our personalisation station, where you can create your own wonderful stationery item using heat transfers.

To ensure a smoother entry experience we have three entry windows for each ticket. Arrive any time within your window and feel free to to stay, pop out for lunch and come back later.

• 12pm to 2pm
• 2pm onwards

Door tickets will be very limited and only available after 2.30pm.

One ticket is required per person. Children under 12 attend free. Attending a workshop? You'll need an admission ticket to the Fair during the relevant ticket window.

• Due to this being a one-off event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable so please check that you are able to attend before purchasing. In the unlikely event that the Grand Fair is cancelled more than seven days before the event, a full refund will be issued.

• The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users, including the toilets. Please let us know if you need any further assistance or have any questions, we are very happy to help!

• Small, well behaved dogs on lead are welcome.

Getting to the Grand Fair

Bath Pavilion is a flat 8 minute walk from Bath Spa Railway Station.

If you are driving we highly recommend using the Park & Ride service as Bath can get very busy with cars at the weekend. Our festive fair is also occurring alongside Bath Christmas Market, so you can enjoy the festive vibe in town.
