THE TAMING OF THE SHREW in Lisbon

Open Air Shakespeare presents William Shakespeare’s comic play THE TAMING OF THE SHREW starring Harry Lennix and a joyful cast of Portuguese Nationals and actors from around the world. This  spunky, bawdy, Battle of the Sexes, is performed in English, and it keeps Shakespeare’s original storyline and language.

April 11th and 12th (4 performances - 2 matinees at 14:00 & 2 evening performances at 19:00), at the Unicorn Factory, in the Beato Innovation District in Lisbon. 

Additional details:
- Your tax deductible minimum donation of €12:00 to the Open Air Shakespeare nonprofit organization grants one person entry to the play (the donation is not refundable).
- Entry is only granted on the day and time originally reserved and tickets are not exchangeable.
- Seats are unassigned it is OPEN SEATING. 
- The play is 2 hours long with one intermission.
- We recommend the play for young people ages 15 years old and up but younger fans of Shakespeare are also welcome.
- The theatre space is wheelchair accessible.
- Only street parking is available.
- Buses do stop in front on the Unicorn Factory building.
