Our electricity supply is a complex system of generation, storage, distribution and consumption enabled through data to support our everyday lives. From the systems that keep track of the electricity network, predict demand, balance the load, switch to get the power back quickly, the data created and used is rich and dynamic.

The Electricity Data Dive will be on opportunity to dig into and explore the electricity data that is made available as open data from Electricity North West – the North West’s Distribution Network Operator as well as a chance to explore electricity and energy data from Kraken.

If you are interested in energy supply, sustainability and how data can enable the North West become more energy resilient, this is an opportunity to come with your ideas, questions and explore.
