Description
Disclaimer: “Bards of the Green Code, Prompt ESG Challenge” is open to the participants of the Event: PoliJEs 2024, Turin
We are proud to present “Bards of the Green Code: Prompt ESG Challenge”, an innovative hackathon focused on analyzing sustainability data and developing documents via GPT, through Palantir's Foundry. This unique event, orchestrated by Open Data Playground, JEToP, and JEMP, aims to challenge students to devise sustainable solutions that pave a green path for telecommunications companies. It will take place on April 13, 2024, offering an intensive experience of 2 hours and 30 minutes of programming, followed by project evaluation and the announcement of winners.
The hackathon is an invitation to students of the PoliJEs event to collaborate in mixed teams of four members to develop sustainability strategies, using environmental, social, and governance data. Through the use of Foundry for data analysis and integration with Chat GPT for drafting reports and releases, participants must navigate the complexities of ESG data to propose initiatives that improve the company's sustainable performance, considering CO2 emissions, energy consumption, waste management, and more.
This hackathon not only aims to promote responsible business practices that value environmental and social resources but also offers participants the opportunity to access advanced technological resources and explore employment opportunities through our sponsors.
Thanks to the collaboration with Palantir and the Fastweb Digital Academy, participants will have access to cutting-edge tools and training resources to tackle the hackathon's challenges, while developing skills in data analysis, storytelling, and video editing.
