ora - Saltiness

ora explores the essence of Saltiness in collaboration with coquinàrio. Three courses. Limited availability.

Saltiness Menu:

• Appetiser: Oyster, Jerusalem artichoke, celeriac, and sorrel
• Starter: Cuttlefish, daikon, and anchovy colatura
• Main: White fish, lardo, peas, samphire, and kumquat

(Optional add-on: curated wine pairing — three glasses selected to mirror the mineral profiles of the menu)

The Path: While our primary menu is a deep dive into seafood (please note that this path includes specific meat-based fats), we offer a full vegan adaptation that explores the same themes of salinity through plant-based ingredients.

At checkout, you will be prompted to select your path. Please list any serious allergies or dietary intolerances in the mandatory field.

Menu policy: due to the curated nature of this event, we cannot accommodate ingredient swaps or bespoke requests. Both paths are strictly fixed. 

Available at the Table: Seasonal dessert, house bread, curated wines, botanical drinks, non-alcoholic pairings, and digestifs will be available for purchase during your sitting.

Seating & Service

To maintain a refined pace for all guests, we are running three sittings throughout the day. 

Please note the following:

• Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your service.
• Duration: All tables are reserved for 90 minutes.
• Assignments: Seating is assigned prior to arrival; we cannot accommodate more than 6 guests per table.
• Groups: To ensure you are seated with your party, we strongly recommend purchasing all tickets in one transaction.
• Separate Bookings: If tickets are purchased independently, you must provide the lead booker’s name in the mandatory field at checkout. if this is not provided, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.
• Refunds: Due to the limited nature of this event, all tickets are non-refundable.
