Webinar: Weight stigma in healthcare - Is weight stigma impacting on how we care for our patients?

The session will summarise what weight stigma is and how obesity is discriminated against within society. It will cover how weight stigma presents in healthcare and the impact of this on people living with obesity. Finally, it will cover how training on weight stigma may help to reduce weight stigma and how the language we use with people living with obesity can impact the patient-practitioner relationship. The webinar will also include a symposium from the sponsor.
