The Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute (OTRADI) and Oregon Bioscience Incubator (OBI)

OTRADI fills the gap between research and commercialization by providing resources and expertise found nowhere else in Oregon. OTRADI operates the Oregon Bioscience Incubator (OBI), the state’s first and only bioscience-focused incubator. This 29,000 square foot multi-client company bioscience complex provides startups and scientists access to entrepreneurial mentoring, state-of-the-art bioscience facilities, meeting and event space, and shared equipment. OBI is located on Portland’s South Waterfront, in the heart of the health and sciences cluster and is within walking distance of OHSU.
