Built from the Core: Values that Guide is a focused, one-hour virtual webinar designed for entrepreneurs navigating the complexity of building and scaling bioscience ventures. Participants will identify their core values and examine how those values show up in real-world professional decisions, particularly in high-stakes, regulated environments. Through a practical, values-based decision tool, founders will learn how to bring clarity and consistency to tough choices involving science, speed, and more. The session closes with actionable strategies to stay grounded amid uncertainty, enabling entrepreneurs to lead with intention, credibility, and confidence as they grow their organizations.

Meet Tiffanie Clifford, the dynamic President of Think Ahead, a consulting firm that delivers seasoned HR advice, leadership development that sticks and focused coaching. With over 20 years of experience in HR, learning & development and OD, Tiffanie is a seasoned professional known for her expertise and leadership. She has worn many hats throughout her consulting, serving as a training advisor, project manager, facilitator, HR coach, career coach, instructional designer, and more.
Tiffanie has also held senior-level HR leadership, plus learning & development management roles within organizations, demonstrating her ability to drive strategic initiatives and develop talent from within. Her colleagues often refer to her as a "supervisor's supervisor," highlighting her genuine delight in guiding and mentoring leaders.
Tiffanie graduated with an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from Marylhurst University and is SPHR and Business Model You certified. She continues to serve on ODN’s Community Consulting Project and has been a Board member. With a passion for fostering growth and development, she continues to make a significant impact in the people field.
