2025 CAC/OCCMPR Retreat

Overview:

Two days, two retreats! Join us on July 23 for the Campus Advocacy Coordinators (CAC) Retreat and July 24 for the Oregon Community College Marketing & Public Relations (OCCMPR) Retreat/Annual Meeting! Both events will be held at Central Oregon Community College in Bend. Join us for one or both retreats! Both will also have a virtual option, though we hope most folks will be able to join us in-person for a more engaging experience. The fees for each day will cover the cost of morning coffee and lunch on that day. Please register by July 11!

If you plan to attend either retreat virtually, please register for the virtual option and you will be sent a Zoom link to join.

Group Dinners:

For those who will be attending the July 23 CAC Retreat, please consider arriving the evening of July 22 to join us for a no-host dinner! And for those staying for the OCCMPR retreat (or coming in on July 23 ahead of time for it), please consider joining us for a no-host dinner the evening of July 23! Details on times and locations coming soon.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown Bend

OCCA has secured a discounted hotel rate at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown Bend (for those who came last year, it's the same hotel) of $192 per night (+tax/fees) for the nights of July 22-24, 2025. Click here to book or you can call the hotel directly (541-318-1747) and mention Oregon Community College Association (or COCC, if that doesn't work) to get the rate. You must book your hotel by June 22 to get this rate.
