2026 CAC/OCCMPR Retreat

Overview:

Two days, two retreats! Join us on July 22 for the Campus Advocacy Coordinators (CAC) Retreat and July 23 for the Oregon Community College Marketing & Public Relations (OCCMPR) Retreat/Annual Meeting! Both events will be held at Tillamook Bay Community College in Tillamook. Join us for one or both retreats! Both will also have a virtual option, though we hope most folks will be able to join us in-person for a more engaging experience. The fees for each day will cover the cost of morning coffee/tea, continental breakfast, and lunch on that day. Please register by July 10!

If you plan to attend either retreat virtually, please register for the virtual option and you will be sent a Zoom link to join.

Group Dinners:

For those who will be attending the July 22 CAC Retreat, please consider arriving the evening of July 21 to join us for a no-host dinner at Werner Beef & Brew on the patio at 5:00 p.m. And for those staying for the OCCMPR retreat (or coming in on July 22 ahead of time for it), please consider joining us for a no-host dinner the evening of July 22 at the Tillamook Creamery Cafe. We'll meet there at about 5:00 p.m. for those who are interested in taking a self-guided tour through the creamery, and then will have dinner at the Cafe at about 6:00 p.m.

The Ashley Inn - Tillamook

OCCA has secured a discounted hotel rate at the Ashley Inn in Tillamook of $185 per night (+tax/fees) for the nights of July 21-23, 2026. Contact the hotel by phone (503-994-5500) and mention that you are with the TBCC group to secure this rate.
