October 29 OCCA Lunch & Learn | Conversations that WORK - ToP Focused Conversation Method

Board members are often called on to navigate complex conversations, differing perspectives, and difficult decisions. This Lunch & Learn will introduce the Technology of Participation (ToP) Focused Conversation method — a practical approach for building trust, engaging diverse voices, and creating productive dialogue that leads to collective action.

Participants will experience a focused conversation, learn about ToP training opportunities, and leave with resources they can use in board meetings, retreats, leadership discussions, and other collaborative settings.
