Graduation Tea & Coffee and Afternoon Tea: Saturday 8th August 2026

This event is only for students having their degrees conferred in person on Saturday 8th August 2026.

Graduands may bring up to two guests per person to the pre-ceremony tea and coffee and graduation afternoon tea.

Whilst there is no charge for graduand places, there is a charge of £22 per guest place.

If you make an booking for a guest or guests, you will receive an automated email when your booking is complete.

Note that the pre-ceremony tea and coffee is available from 11:30am to 12:30pm. The graduation afternoon tea is available from 3pm to 4pm.

Please ensure you include any dietary requirements. We cannot cater for any dietary requirements we are not informed of.

Graduands should make sure they have read the Degree Day information sheet in good time before their chosen Graduation Ceremony. This sheet will be emailed to you by the Academic Assistant. If you have any questions, please email the Academic Assistant (academic.assistant@oriel.ox.ac.uk)
